OHB Unit investigating Categorical Uses of Force as described in paragraph 55 and 93 and IAG investigators conducting investigations as described in paragraphs 93 and 94, shall have access to all information contained in TEAMS II, where such information is relevant and appropriate to such investigations, including training records, Complaint Form 1.28 investigations, and discipline histories, and performance evaluations.
