The OIG conducted two reviews of USAO plans to respond to critical incidents. The first report, issued in 2003, was entitled Review of the Critical Incident Response Plans of the United States Attorneys’ Offices, Evaluations and Inspections Report I-2004-001 (December 2003). A follow-up report was issued in 2007, entitled Review of the Critical Incident Response Plans of the United States Attorneys’ Offices, Evaluations and Inspections Report I-2007-001 (January 2007).
